If you are encountering any install, video or audio problems with InSpace it could be caused by a plugin, add-on, or extension that you have installed in your browser. To see if this is the case you can try disabling all plugins, add-ons, or extensions within your browser.

Here are steps for Chrome, Firefox, and Edge browsers:

Google Chrome

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More More > More tools > Extensions.
  3. On to the extension you want to remove, click Remove.
  4. Confirm by clicking Remove.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click the orange 'Firefox' button in the top left-hand corner of the browser window and choose 'Add-ons' from the right column of the menu to open an Add-ons Manager tab in the active browser window.
  2. If you are using Windows XP, click on 'Tools' from the menu bar near the top of the browser window and choose 'Add-ons.'
  3. Click 'Extensions' to view the installed extensions that add features to Firefox, or click 'Plugins' to view plugins that add compatibility and functionality.
  4. Find the add-on you want to disable and click its 'Disable' button.
  5. If you want to delete an extension entirely, click 'Remove.'
  6. Restart Firefox to complete the process.

Microsoft Edge

  1. In Microsoft Edge, select Extensions located to the right of your browser address bar, then select Manage extensions.
  2. Select the toggle next to the extension you want to turn off.
