Whether for accessibility or simply to enhance your view, use this option to increase the size and scope of a participant’s video during an InSpace session. 

You can activate the Pin / Unpin feature on any participant video that is turned on during a session. To use this feature, follow these steps:

Option 1:

• First, hover over any participant's circle and click the 'Pin Attendee' option to open a larger view of their video.

Option 2:

• You can also click the 'Attendee List' on the bottom right toolbar on your screen. This will open a list of all attendees in your session.
• From the attendee list, find the name of the participant whose video you want to expand.
• Click on the three vertical dots beside the attendee’s name, and choose “Pin Video” from the dropdown menu.

You will now see larger videos for that participant(s) open on your screen. Please note that this video will remain visible to you even when you navigate to other open tabs on your browser. If you are using Firefox browser, the video will not follow you to other tabs, and will remain on the InSpace session.

To close the video, either click the small “x” in the upper corner of the video, or click on the top of the screen, on the notification 'Unpin Active Speakers.' You can also select 'Unpin Attendee' in the attendee list.
